Going DIY for breakfast, lunch, and dinner is a surefire way to control what ingredients go into your meals and is an exercise in portion control. Find yourself some recipes that look tasty and you’ll be on your way!
Finding something healthy to eat is easy, but finding something healthy to eat that you enjoy is the difficult part. Take some time to scour Pinterest or the internet to find recipes that look appetizing to you and try them out! As you make each recipe, keep note of the meals you enjoy. Then, use these recipes again for future meals.
Stick with It
Much like exercise, the true results come after concerted effort and time. It can be difficult to continue eating healthy when you’re not necessarily seeing results quickly, and it’s not your fault. We live in a world where people want results immediately.
